The aim of ADM Care Support Limited service is to empower service users to overcome barriers they face, achieve their individual aspirations and move on towards independent living. We also tailor support planning, a focus on positive outcomes and celebrating success and we are on the journey to enable and support recovery through the following –

  • Identifying needs, priorities and aspirations and drawing up a mutually agreed written support plan to address issues and areas of concerns.
  • Developing Skills and support networks for living more independently.
  • Facilitating healthy living and promoting well-being of our Service users.
  • Connecting clients with local services as appropriate in other to promote social inclusion.
  • Pre-resettlement work in order to facilitate a smooth transition to alternative move-on accommodation and independent living.
  • Providing information on community resources, signposting to training and employment opportunities in order to increase client’s abilities to secure independent living
  • Engaging in opportunities to develop Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills potential within the house, and wider community, our support worker also assist clients support from another agencies.
  • At least 4-5 Clients served by the end of the first year, with the plan of expanding in the following years
  • 24hrs hours support. Supporting individual clients with personal care support and enabling social inclusion and encouraging independent living.
  • Providing a safe environment and supporting therapeutic activities.
  • Embracing openness and accountability to our clients by meeting their individual needs.
  • Adhering to government policies on COVID-19 guidelines and other relevant infection control requirements.
  • Respectable gross revenue by the end of the first year.
