Our Services
Our services will be for those individuals who need support with their daily activities and living as well as providing them with suitable accommodation. The main goal will be to equip individuals with the tools and confidence to live independently in the community. We will support recovery after discharge from hospital due to mental illness. The service will be open to adults aged between 18 – 65 years+ depending on the individual’s needs.
Our Staff
Our staff, which are made up of a Register Manager (Registered Mental Health Nurse) and mental health trained support workers has vast experience and exhibit competence in different areas of care – this could be helping individuals with their personal care or prompting for medication. Care will be personalized to the individual. The recruitment process will be rigorous, ensuring that we employ those individuals who not only have the skills to support clients but also show compassion and provide quality care. Mandatory training will be completed before the commencement of employment and training will be updated regularly and in line with government guidelines.
Pricing
All pricing will be set according to Bristol City Council supported living tendering rates and rates set by other local authorities. Our income estimates project healthy revenues in the first year and modest increases through to year three. ADM Care Support Limited plan on taking on debt through bank overdraft and family support and has no plans for additional debt as growth will be financed mainly through earning flow. Our plan includes assumptions of 100% reinvesting of earning and sufficient support of management at start-up to prevent any problems with cash flow.
